Responsibilities:

  • You impart scientifically sound knowledge with high practical relevance.
  • You conduct and correct exams.
  • You support dual students individually with all questions relating to the course and thus prepare them for their professional careers.
  • To support colleagues and resolve problems affecting the delivery of academic programmes and projects within their own areas of responsibility and through regulations, procedures, and good practice.
  • To undertake administration related to the operation of the team. 
  • To be a personal tutor to students and deal with referred issues.
  • Supervise students’ work, provide advice on study skills, and help them with learning problems.
  • Develop your own teaching materials, methods, and approaches with guidance.
  • Find out the student’s learning needs and work on them.

We wish from you:

  • Completed a university degree in a course focusing on business administration, hospitality, tourism, or event management.
  • Practical professional experience in the subject area to be taught
  • Initial experience (e.g., as a tutor, teacher, lecturer, or research assistant) in academic teaching would be desirable.
  • High interest in innovative, digital, and modern education
  • Enjoy working with students and adult education.
  • Knowledge of German.
