Responsibilities:

  • Manage the coordination in the Admission office and advise faculty, staff, applicants and students on the application procedures.
  • Examine the current application process and recommend changes if needed.
  • You coordinate, control and are responsible for the entire registration process.
  • Initial contact is up to the signed school contract, and special attention is paid to an outstanding customer experience. This includes, among other things, confirmation of the request, checking the necessary documents, updating the digital portal, coordinating the application process, etc.
  • They inform foreign and local families about quality and special features by telephone, email, digital channels and in person.
  • They send tailored information materials (e.g., curricula, course selection sheets, brochures, facts, films, and handbooks) to interested families.
  • You plan, coordinate and implement orientation days for new students and their families and open days (on-site or virtual) for interested families or relocation agencies.
  • They ensure that students considering German universities are adequately informed about the requirements for diploma recognition and provide them with contact information for the certificate recognition office.
  • You help plan, organise and implement educational or career fairs.
  • You create and coordinate all administrative letters to parents, e.g., acceptance, contract, termination or rejection letters.
  • You regularly check the registration procedure and process to ensure it is up-to-date, practical and straightforward.
  • They coordinate the necessary re-registration for each school year (re-registration).

  • Commercial or administrative training focusing on customer service, sales or school enrollment.
  • Positive attitude and strong contact and communication skills.
  • Open, friendly, and likeable nature.
  • Understanding of the interaction between education, communication, and reputation.
  • High level of competence in using digital tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Drive, database tools, intranet).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in German and English (oral and written).
  • High organisational skills and flexibility.
  •  Personal responsibility and ability to work in a team.
